Isn’t “A D&D campaign, but a video game” what a large percentage of game development has been focused on since the beginning of RPGs as a genre?

I only played for 90 minutes last night, but I didn’t find the chatter all that annoying. If anything it kept the game from feeling less generic. I probably would have played more, but I wound up watching Tammy and the T-Rex for 20 minutes on the in-game TV.

If you want to boycott Bayonetta 3 and still play the game, Valve recently released a video about the Steam Deck featuring software that can help you. I would link to it but the video has since been pulled!

Rest in peace hero, it takes courage, selflessness and honor as a human being to put your life on the line for strangers rather than some who just go around talking about doing it for the social recognition yet they never do. Its sad that his sacrifice almost didn’t get noticed by the media.

What a BAMF. Rest in piece, Hero.

Any sort of 3d is basically insta-hurl for me. To the point that I can’t play or even watch someone else play first-person shooter games.

Maybe it’s a cognitive dissonance I have of not wanting to unconsciously acknowledge there’s enough of them to make a plural word. No idea why I still add the apostrophe even though I know how to make the word plural.

Yeah, that’s definitely an annoying feature.  I get they do it to increase engagement, but sometimes I feel like that’s all I’m doing.

This is a perfect example of my Catch 22 Online Game conundrum. I won’t try new games that have an online component until I know they’re not going to disappear soon after buying the game, but I also won’t try a freemium game because if it’s worth playing then it’s worth buying. This is why I haven’t tried a new online

I’m (obviously) not Ashley, but as a gay I appreciate your words. Peace and love to you as well friend! :)

On a much much more nitpicky note, you mean the sub headline, not the byline. The byline is literally the “By: ----” line <3 :P You may throw tomatoes now.

I don’t have skin in the fight but I really hope the status quo shifts from your byline “Yearning and Crying” to simply “Existing”. For whatever its worth from an internet stranger, I wish you all well and peace.

if you want to hear the music, play the game or watch a gameplay video

It is really so hard to understand why this happens?

It’s a bug in your beloved game, please, learn how to deal with it and stop embarassing yourself.

Yeah, you really need to like these type of games. Some of us love them. Horizon is probably the best of these, but Tsushima is definitely up there as a great game in my mind. I think my favorite of the more modern Assassin’s Creeds is Odyssey. Though Origin and Valhalla are both good.

I can understand you. I don’t have “fun” in a standard way with Souls games, they feel like a challenge I really want to tackle.

I wish I could think the game is that fun and open for experimentation, specially when seeing all these builds, different weapons, armor, skills, but even after playing all FromSoft games, I

As per the article the fall thing isn’t that simple. Apparently you can jump in some situations, but not in others. And it seems to have to do with what weapon you are carrying.

I don’t think that’s an entirely fair comparison, at least not yet anyway.

Well to be fair, it’s ONLY accessible if you pick a very specific item as your keepsake. Now knowing WHICH item that is obviously could be spoiler territory. Now I don’t know how many keepsakes their are to pick from, I would assume more than one, LOL, or if they tell you what said keepsake can do or be used for. So

Kotaku seems to have changed a lot. Not sure where to go instead for gaming news though.
