I get the feeling that any game produced by “FUKSOFT” would not be one for “All Ages” once the ESRB got their mitts on it!

I feel like this video is pretty relevant for FF14. I actually like it, but for the love of god does it drag on.

Those games are PRETTY different from each other, so why do you think certain games in this list wouldn’t fit?

I wish we could split action-RPG and turn based-RPG in to two distinct genres. I know folks love both, but one of them I absolutely can’t stand and makes lists like these a real roller coaster.

There’s a cheez late game where you can farm levels super fast. I went up like 20 levels in under an hour. It’s the bottom floor of the tower that’s part of the quest Farewell, Mage. Just farm the birds down there and you’ll be lvl 80 in like 20 mins. 

I’m a little disappointed that there’s been so little mention of Fuga: Melodies of Steel on Kotaku. It’s definitely one of my favorite JRPGs of the year, and it’s notable for a lot of reasons — it’s CyberConnect 2's first self-published title, the soundtrack is fantastic, it has really tightly-balanced turn-based…

That was my first thought when I saw this prompt as well. I crank that brightness up so I can see where I’m going.
