@Buster Friendly: i'm not sure what you were trying to run, but 2 finger scrolling and changing apps with expose makes the usability of a netbook far better than windows, if you're running light apps as netbooks are intended to. #netbooks

this is great news, but what about integrating into the chrome ui? firefox uses xul to allow enhancements to the ui, does chrome offer anything similar? not to diminish this, but that seems necessary to compete w/ ff in terms of extensibility. #googlechrome

@dantheman12: dude, don't mess around with php if you are learning java. if you really want to take it to the next level, learn how to program websites using java (j2ee). learn web and component technologies: html, javascript, mysql, xml, xsl, xslt, ajax.

you don't need to list individual achievements, your xbox gamerscore should be sufficient.

i use 2 of these fans to cool my entertainment center and keep my xbox 360 from melting. it would overheat when the cabinet got to 111 degrees. now it never gets above 87 inside. one pushes air in, one pumps it out.

@spicedham: I'm surprised that wasn't mentioned in the article. Flavored creamers go a long way too. p.s. I originally read that as "weekly brewed coffee", not sure creamer would help there...

I use screw eyes (screws with loops at the top) as anchors for cable ties instead of using peg board. It is super cheap, easier to install, and I've never seen it on this site.

@_||_: openGL is used on systems that don't support directX. OpenGL is OPEN, thus you can find it on everything from apples to smartphones.

@balls187: I've never seen a blur filter that can match the real deal when it comes to depth of field. Mental ray rendering in 3d is the closest I have seen but that doesn't quite apply.

@Stephen Pierzchala: the devs at MS must have gone nuts trying to get it looking the same in IE6 as everything else. Serves them right.
