You have to make a lot of assumptions to see Julia as the liar where in both times its been raised to a legal matter, she’s looking like the person that was telling the truth.

Only Kai later settled the defamation suit that Julia brought.  Unlike what generally happens with Trump.

There were a lot of serial fabulist elements to Kai’s story that ended up not checking out, both in the arrest, where the charges were dropped, and in the defamation suit that Kai settled.
