The 4runner TRD pro models have awesome colors. From Toyota! lol.
I always make the same argument - I borrowed $29K on a $44K CPO X5 diesel at 1.95% despite the fact that I could have bought it outright because conservatively I am earning 20% annually on my real estate and stock investments (go Canadian pot and tech stocks!). So over the course of the 5 years it will take to pay…
That article just makes the author look petty.....even if the content had been true, the whole tone of the article is just bad. How can you expect anyone to take your argument seriously if you’re acting like a bigger baby than the person you are mocking?
The D-Backs owner, Ken Kendrick, paid $2.8 Million for a baseball card. He can afford to fund his own stadium needs.
That carriage looks crazy. Where does the horse go?
Not enough can be said for this. There are times I work on things simply for personal satisfaction and $$$ don’t matter. But don’t come and brag to me how much money you saved doing something without factoring in time. It’s like the people that will drive an extra hour to save certain amount without factoring gas…
Toyota Avalon Limited in Mint Green, rear trunk spoiler with a tan Landau top, it’s a set of gold badges away from from being the most old man vehicle ever, which is I believe the trim code for this edition

PUH-LEES change the title to “Images” not “Photos”. Most of these are not what the vast majority of the public - and especially photographers - would call “photos”. Nice, sure. Artistically accomplished, yes. “Light writing” - OK, I’ll even grant you that on a technicality. But photos most of them aren’t.
They at least need to go back to having original Super Bowl logos, because this bland Lombardi-trophy-in-front-of-that-year’s-stadium shouts just how lame the NFL brass truly is.
Best reaction comes from the Tampa Bay Lightning:
Because they didn’t censor it. Bleeping and covering something up is always better as a joke than not doing so.
It depends on where you are failing with pullups. Is it your forearms/arms or your lats that are struggling to do another? I would recommend isolating that muscle and go from there. Sure you can do assisted or negative pullups, but you have to find the weak link. There are a lot of suggestions about your lats, and…
Just hang for as long as your grip will hold. This is surprisingly effective. Spend a minute or two up there a few times a week.
I agree and was referring to a band or partner assisted (though I failed to mention that)
Lat pull-down - yes. But I would say most of the assisted pull up machines are going to foster bad habits, especially because a pull up isn’t supposed to go completely vertical up and down.
A few suggestions:
