I had to keep staring at him to be sure they hadn't switched actors.

It was definitely a thing. As was blue, green, etc. Sadly, I have some frightening junior high/high school photos to prove it.

Yep. I can suspend disbelief to a certain extent on this show but enjoying carob is just too far.

His Kansas look leaves a bit to be desired though.

"You think we're gonna get fired?"
"That's not funny."

This is an adaptation, not a remake and I appreciate that they are changing things up to keep it interesting. We've had four and a half seasons to get to know these characters so to me, just "adding something to the original" film doesn't make sense when we know Norman so much better than we knew the film character. I

I stopped watching after season 4 and have never been so happy that I gave up on a show once I found out how it ended.

I was thinking the same and did a quick search but wasn't able to find the quote. Does anyone know if this is a direct quote or if it was written for the show?

Great point. I hadn't seen Baby Jane in many years but watched last week when it was on TCM and was thinking how great Maidie Norman's performance was. I really like the character Pauline (and of course, Alison Wright!) but it would have been great to show how women of color experienced and fought against the

Oh right, I thought the Harriet Tubman project wasn't until next year but I could certainly be wrong about that. I haven't started this season of American Crime yet so I wasn't sure if King would be leading or supporting.

The Joan in the scene at William Morris is definitely more in line with her public persona but I like how Lange is portraying her as having vulnerability. It really humanizes her. I'm not sure how true to life it is but it makes sense to me that someone like Crawford would be hiding a softer, insecure side beneath the

Viola Davis would be in a different category unless she's in something other than HTGAWM that I'm not aware of.

Yes, my Shih Tzu used to be my avatar. I currently have him and two cats and have had cats my whole life. I definitely understand and agree, it feels like we know one another since we have such similar taste in shows and end up conversing on a wide range of subjects.

"She's on the beach. Dead." Favorite line of the series so far.

I agree that the Church group subplot could have been better but the conversation between Brianna and Grace made up for it. So many great lines about Mallory's "innumerable" children.

Nah, the bullet point format is something the AVC has been doing for shows they don't want to cover any longer. They had originally planned to end Grimm coverage altogether but fortunately Les was able to convince them to continue for the final season and then inexplicably, they changed to this format mid-season.

How did I know that would be your pick?!

The tech guy was basically a caricature but I loved how he really nailed both Frankie and Grace's personalities with his comments about getting high with Frankie and having Grace organize something for him.

I absolutely loved everything about the drinking game.

So CBS is finally going to cancel 2 Broke Girls? That would be a win for everyone, whether it's on our ballots or not.
