oops, my bad, I meant the XL the whole time! I was actually taking a look at the 2DS too. but given that there will definitely be some deals until the end of the year and what I have heard (like what you said about the screen), I'm willing to pay a bit more for the XL.

question for the british: today Amazon had the 3DS with Mario Kart, a game I'm not actually interested, for £130. should I expect better or similar deals on Boxing Day, for example? e.g. the 3DS alone for £110. any other places (other than hotukdeals) to look for deals on 3DS and games?

I didn't really think about buying a 3DS before, but also never laughed the 2DS off. now that I'm considering getting a new portable, the 2DS is my favorite. I do wonder if they'll release a 2DS XL any day though...

almost fell for Bioshock. I don't need new games to play and promptly closed the tab after adding the code in the checkout page!

I currently don't need it (might change soon), and haven't even tested. but I want my father to try it. however, he needs a desktop app (should need support for POP as well, but we can work around that). hopefully it won't take much longer before that happens.

I gave up on Firefox 3 years ago, it was getting slower with each update and I couldn't stand it anymore. now Chrome seems to be heading the same path of sluggishness...

that would be nice. I bought a wired Xbox 360 to use on PC, but I use the Dualshock 3 for my tablet. I'm probably moving out soon and doubt I'll take any of them, but I prefer the triggers of the DS, I would buy it, if it worked without hassles on a PC too.
