oh no, not again.
oh no, not again.
Football Manager 2011, as usual. Rock of Ages (the cutscenes are better than gameplay so far...)
he's spot on, but to convince the ignorant executives and shareholders it's something else
now that I finished Deus Ex and got a bit tired of Football Manager 2011, I'll finally finish Jamestown (which went on hiatus due to Deus Ex), I'll try to pick up Descent (1) once again, and I'll play some PS3 too (probably SF3, Comix Zone, FIFA, MAYBE Demon's Souls)
BUY IT.
it tells you when it's unlocked, if it's locked you don't see anything, so I actually thought you could just shoot down unlocked doors and it was done to prevent you from just blasting everything. but for the first few hours I didn't even shoot down the unlocked doors, it was only after I saw someone saying you…
so far that's it, I guess. moving the weapons to the shortcut keys doesn't count, right? lol I drank a whiskey by accident once, because I wanted to set a weapon to number 4 and thought you'd do that by selecting the weapon and hitting 4 on the keyboard
did you notice you can shoot down doors in Deus Ex: HR? unless I didn't notice it, the game doesn't tell you that, and I didn't read it anywhere else. when the door is locked the interaction tooltip is not shown. I tried to shoot one after I hacked it and realized the "hard", "firm", etc, was the strength of the door…
I just would not get it if it was terrible, but as it's not the case I'll probably buy it. there's only one review so far and you kinda confirms what is said there. I'm not really a huge rugby fan, but it's good that RC seems to be better than RWC2011, seems to be the right one to support, especially with more teams…
off topic, but it's about sports games: Rugby Challenge was added to Steam this week, pre-purchase is not there yet (I dunno about NZ, but I'm not in NZ so I don't know lol)
please don't reply or promote the troll below, he's either being super ironic or outright trolling.
unless I really don't know where to look, it feels like there's no point doing all that stuff. I know your civ wins eras sometimes, and if you're lucky to be online at the time you'll know who won what, but once it's done, there's no way to know if your civ won ANY era at all. and if a game ends, all you do is join a…
so achievements are gamification put into my gaming so I can game while I game? (it's funny that I had never heard the word "gamification" until that last article, but what's said about it's exactly how I felt about achievements as they are currently implemented - without actual rewards)
I tried to resist it, I said to myself I didn't need it right now, I could wait until Christmas, but I couldn't... I bought Deus Ex: HR. Download will finish in half an hour... :(
I understand, but I don't think it's "fine". and yeah, it's not the biggest problem. it's just that I've seen so many comments about how everything's "fine" with the game. with DRM problems, locked at 30 FPS, weird mouse movements and no AA, that's far from "fine". still, I suppose we should be happy it's even ported…
standards are so low these days that you see people saying that having no option for AA is "fine", jesus.
LOL I wonder if he read my comment.
question: BF3 still uses target & Q for simple orders/requests or have they gone back to radial menus and stuff?
I abandoned quite a few games (yes, games) these days. every game I abandoned was because the civ was stuck with ~8 players who apparently weren't playing the game as well. and I can't recall ever seeing the end of a game, and also when someone wins an era I don't see anything noticeable happening. if I'm near 1000 AD…
