I started playing BioShock 2 worried that the inspired execution of the first BioShock would consign a sequel to being a pale imitation.

the context is about JRPG SALES IN AMERICA, not worldwide. especially because DQIX outsold Mass Effect (almost) LTD sales in its FIRST WEEK.

@VagEnthusiast: actually, not really. I've seen a lot of comments like "didn't know it was already out!" coming from "those hardcore dudes", and it's more common that I thought it would be.

@soulofaqua: well, that too was from RPS. if it was once a week I'd be happy, whoever posted the news would go over to moddb (can be other websites too, just an example) and if there's a relevant release they'd post here.

so, how about posting news about mods that aren't made by game journalists, or maybe not related to HL2? I'm sure you'll find a lot of good stuff around [www.moddb.com]

it all depends if my 5770 (yes, I got that one because the others are absurdly expensive around here and I'm fine with the 5770 performance) arrives on time or not (I believe not). if it doesn't, I will play a lot of Altitude (AWESOME LITTLE GAME) and I dunno what else!

@-Skyline-:Offering FREE Grunt Birthday Parties!: erm, why? there's a lot of stuff that people suggest in their forums that won't be done because of the Gold accounts in consoles, such as party chat, which can be done in Xfire or Steam easily.

@GtheMVP99: not really. GFWL brought a lot of problems that wouldn't exist if the games didn't use it, it's limited by the Gold account services, basically it wasn't designed for PC and it won't be fixed any time soon. it could be a perfect service, but instead it's a pretty terrible one.
