Science fiction? More like science FACTion!

I like Orphan Black for a lot of reasons, including the ones listed here. One reason that I don’t think gets enough credit is how solid the biology is — I’m a molecular biologist, and sometimes watching shows like The X Files and Fringe is an exercise in ignoring what they’re saying about the science behind the weird

Wait no love for Attack on Titan, Death Note or Gurren Lagann, three shows that helped revitalize anime and become legends in Sci-Fi. In fact, why no animation? Where’s Korra & Avatar, where’s Adventure Time or Young Justice?

Well, in that sense alone they are correct. ALL species are distinct in their own right, just like all species are transitional from the species they evolved from to the species they evolved into. Part of being a creationist is a poor understanding of what evolution actually is.
