Oh poor thing, you did nothing wrong - don’t feel guilty please (you buried it with all the love a kitty can hope). I hope you find someone to hug you and let you cry to “exorcise” all your pain due to this loss.

I’m so sorry for you as well! Of course you got attached quickly - kittens are adorable and pets are the best. But thanks to you, that kitten had the best shot possible. I’m sure she was much better off experiencing your love - even temporarily - than not being rescued at all. 

As a vet tech, I can assure you that you did not do anything wrong. Kittens die, often with no warning. There was nothing you could have done. Sending you hugs.

Oh gosh, I’m so sorry. I don’t know much about animals, but it sounds like this was out of your control (perhaps even bound to happen before you got her). You gave her love and comfort, so you can know she died in a peaceful warm place, rather than out in the open somewhere.

Its horrible but tiny kittens like that just die sometimes, I am sure she was happy for the time she had with you ;(

I'm so sorry about your kitten. There really isn't anything you could have done. Like other people have said, you have her the very best shot she could have had. And I hope you can take comfort in the fact that this kitten, who had such a rough start, knew love and care in her life because of you.
