I find it comforting as well. And I’ve always liked the idea that cats seem to find and choose their humans. I’ll be ready when the next one chooses me.

Thank you. It still feels fresh and awful this morning but I know one day it won’t be as bad. And that I’ll be ready to have another lovey kitten. There are certainly too many that need good homes and I want to be that good home.

I know this isn’t on topic but I’m upset and just sort of desperate. My coworker found her dogs cornering a kitten in her garage - and i took the kitten on Sunday.
