I find it strange when people are all like "It's too expensive", but these same people have a huge ass CD collection. Just imagine buying 1 CD a month (or maybe one album on iTunes...). For the price of one album a month you can listen to damned near every song ever made anywhere at any time.

When you've played the game and know what to expect the whole door thing can be a lot less endearing. I wouldn't mind if there were an option to turn the door animations off baked into the game.
