I did not have a Dreamcast growing up, but of the few times I got to play this, it was one of the best fighting games I had ever had the pleasure of playing.

Yeah watching the top video really shows the evidence of it. I mean 90MPH there looked like he was going about 30-35MPH. Heck OG:MW and Underground 1&2 gave a much better sense of speed than this, at least from what I can remember.
