i must have missed that bit. but yeah I think I last went through it fully was probably more than 5yrs ago. I haven't seen many games to their end in recent years, there's a few of course, but there just isn't incentive hardly anymore. I never even fully finished XIII and I was close.

Well if it wasn't the fact they mention Emperor of Nibelheim certainly makes it as being way more than an easter egg. Especially as Frost mentions the visual similarities and Davy makes a lot of very strong points. I would honestly not be surprised to see Midgar, at least in it's form after Meteorfall.

But really…

Nope Nibelheim was very much in VII. If you haven't played or finished VII I'd rather not risk spoilers but it's very hard not to with this game, or any other FF for that matter. But there is immense back story that involves the city.

you did in fact sir. I cranked my speakers up and that's what I heard as well. This is very interesting as this leads me to believe this is a game that takes place long after the event of what transpired in VII

Well I've had no issues so far thankfully with the new update. I had mine on Rest overnight and no issues.

Still rather have a Viper though. Vipers don't scream Blue Collar.
