Rightful leaders express a desire for leadership. Sansa chose, for the moment, to step back. Clearly this is now chafing, but the decision to declare Jon king made sense in lieu of other contenders.

I have to politely disagree. In reading the books (which I enjoyed immensely) I thought Mr. Martin had a particular talent for writing different perspectives, both male and female.

Arya has always played a little like Walter White ... you cheer her on until you end up at “Wait! What?!?!” Only some people never reach that point. That doesn’t mean that they’re not writing her (and playing her) as someone deeply damaged by repeated tragedies.

Well maybe murdering the sons for the sins of the father was supposed to show the stark contrast between arya/sansa and jon.

Yeah I think Arya replacing Lady Stoneheart could maybe potentially work. But only if it acknowledges how much it damaged her when she was forced to abandon her family to their murders and then become one herself. That scary, cold quest for revenge isn’t because she’s a badass survivor. She’s deeply emotionally…

I’m almost certain Arya’s arc ends tragically. Really hoping it isn’t Jon killing her when she’s in another face.

Today, this tomato faced cockstain invoked the name of the US Navy SEAL who died in the yemen raid, and used him to shame anyone asking about the raid. He straight up said anyone questioning the effectiveness or execution of the raid was insulting the dead serviceman.
