God damn it, Nintendo. I was certain you’d try to do this stupid idea in the least stupid way possible, but you didn’t even try. You just went full stupid.
.........is there any particular reason they didn’t just go with “sphere” spelling? /facepalm
I’m gonna have to rate this attempt at bait a 2/10. You need to pick a more insecure target for that to work, sonny. Keep trying!
I know. it’s a joke.
Apparently this game doesn’t have enough diversity in it for their tastes.
keep fighting the good fight, gita
okay, this is a nitpick, but kotaku pleeeeeease stop putting that awkward apostrophe before “ships.” thats not the word. thats not how people type it or talk about it.
I’d love to play this, but the installation method is totally beyond me. I wouldn’t even know where to start and I don’t have the time to figure it out. Too bad.
I mean, a lot of the twists weren’t hidden in plain sight, they were just in plain sight. But I think a non-zero number of those were supposed to be pretty obvious too, so I’m not sure some of the obviousness was truly a flaw.
Honestly I thought the entire blue part was a separate piece of clothing, and the white part on her chest is part of the same garment as on her stomach (the pattern on chest seems to continue on her stomach) and the white sleeves on her forearms. Having it all be one piece doesn’t really make sense visually.
Thank you for sharing this, I just watched the first part and it’s pretty good so far.
This is an embarrassing comment. You disprove yourself by including those two snapshots of the interview, in which she is being completely reasonable and very obviously not advocating for “suppressing unacceptable parts” of existing content. Talking to people about what they’ve done in past projects in order to…
I just can’t agree with him here. “KKK Witches” was put in the game without the Japanese developer having any idea whatsoever that the acronym has any sort of notorious association in English or that it could raise eyebrows.
I was reading the first letter like, “...What exactly is the problem here? It sounds like you’re completely self-aware and understanding of what happened with this guy in hindsight, so the question is what exactly?”
Some do, some borrow Pokemon from teams, and some really do train up their Pokemon in the few days before an event. The issue of hacking is controversial in VGC (the official competitive format), especially among more casual players. But if you think about it, hacking Pokemon OR borrowing Pokemon from other players…
I’ve read the manga and I didn’t care much for it, but I think that has more to do with my personal tastes than whether it’s worth reading. Definitely better to read and watch everything up to SAC and then just stop there.
I love it more than the ‘95 movie, personally, although I still like them both. GitS: SAC has the advantage of being episodic, so it’s much longer and it’s able to do more characterization and different stories as a result.
