Leia is Princess of Alderaan, not Naboo. Bail Organa’s wife is Queen Breha Organa of Alderaan. It’s all just a big wacky coincidence that Leia is a princess either way.

Leia’s status as princess of Alderaan has nothing to do with her biological mother’s status as former queen of Naboo. Leia’s adopted mother Breha is Queen of Alderaan. Bail is Senator and Prince Consort. He handles Senate and Republic stuff. Breha handles the actual running of Alderaan. 

Bail Organa, while a member of the Galactic Senate, was also royalty on Alderaan. Princess Leia Organa was, as his adopted daughter, a member of the house of Organa. This is some basic shit, dude.

It was just Padme’s luck that she got the Dr. Nick Riviera of medical droids.

Padme’s last words showed she still had hope in expressing her though there was still good in Anakin. That “lost the will to live” diagnosis was probably just a mistake by the confused medical droid. Cinematically, it really seemed to me that Anakin’s rage and pain as he was being surgically grafted to his metal suit…

Apparently the behind-the-scenes explanation was that the medical droids weren’t familiar with human physiology enough to realize that her windpipe was crushed and she couldn’t breathe. Yes, really.

I always took that line about “dying of a broken heart” as just sugar coating the fact that her husband force choke slammed her against a bulk head(if I recall).
