I think it is the impression that the direwolves are Stark children-surrogates, and because in the books, the children have “wolf-dreams” and/or can warg into their direwolves, which makes the surrogate connection even greater. To see Shaggydog dead is almost as if they had killed Rickon himself, or killed his spirit,

But Dayne was presumably holding Ned’s kidnapped sister/Howland’s friend hostage. Although having Howland stab him from behind is “dishonorable”, Ned and Howland’s motives are not questionable. Dayne was between Ned and his sister, and as far as he knew, she was not there of her own accord.

5. Sandor Clegane is the younger brother of Gregor.

I hadn’t even thought of Osha taking the place of Mance and the spearwives, I really hope that’s how it plays out. It was such a huge risk to bring Rickon there, though.

When they flung Shaggydog’s head on the table, I moaned “oh no, oh no, oh no, oh no......” and my husband laughed at me. He does NOT understand.

I thought he was going to be Randyll Tarly. But he basically gave away which character he's playing in an interview and it is someone Brienne and Pod meet on their travels through the Riverlands.

Cersei only admitted to adultery, and that was the only crime they could pin on her (her cousin Lancel turned her in). She confessed and did her penance, so she's free. Margaery won't confess to perjury, because to do so would be to doom her brother.

And Ser Pounce is the murderer because he was a Faceless Man the whole time.

Yes, his Watch has ended.

There was a lot of "king's blood" technically shed by sacrificing Shireen Baratheon. Granted it was spread over two seasons, but I would think that would be a death paying for a life. It goes along with my personal theory that Melisandre's visions aren't false in the sense that they put her on a path of action that

Neither Rhaegar or Robert were at the Tower of Joy.

Seems like I read somewhere that Jaime and Bronn head off to the Riverlands at some point this season.

In the books, yes. But Osha tells Bran that she's taking Rickon to the Umbers when they part ways on the show.

That is where Osha says she is taking Rickon when they split from Bran and the Reeds. On the TV show, at least.

I have a feeling Brienne, Pod, and Sansa are going to meet him on the way to the Wall. Probably not next week, but soon.

My co-worker used Implanon until her husband got a vasectomy and she LOVED it. I stay on the pill because I have severe hormonal acne, but if I didn’t, I’d totally try that out.

That's where I see that storyline heading. Infiltrate the throne through the King's beloved wife. I'm sure using her brother as blackmail for compliance is not above the High Sparrow, though.

I wonder if Melisandre will come to realize that her false visions weren't truly false….in the sense that the visions brought her exactly to where she needed to be at the right time. I felt that way when I read the books, I still feel that way, and I think coming to that conclusion is what will lead her to attempt to

When he defeats the Boltons and rousts out all the traitorous Northerners who followed him, he will re-take Winterfell and begin solidifying the army that will be needed to defend Westeros from the impending White Walker horde. He doesn’t care about the game of thrones, he cares about the end of the world that’s

I have a feeling they will ditch that Skagos plot, and fast forward directly to Rickon in safe-keeping with a house loyal to the Starks (seems like Osha says she’s going to take him to the Umbers), which will inevitably be where they deposit Sansa when she’s safely clear of Winterfell. Family reunion!
