Yes you can. You only have to be accompanied by someone over 21 to see an R-Rated movie if you are under 17. I worked at a movie theater for years and people used to bring their kids to R-Rated movies all the time.

I used to work as a movie theater and let me tell you: people do this shit all the time. I have seen people bring 3 and 4 year olds into movies, that should frankly be rated NC-17, without a blink of an eye. It disgusts me.
