He’s got below average speed, unless he seizure in trouble.

YOU CAN’T SAY THAT ABOUT JOEY LUCAS, TRUMP! YOU CAN’T SAY THAT ABOUT ANYONE, YOU ABLEIST SCUM BAG! GET BACK HERE! I NEED TO YELL AT YOU!

She was also closer to the White House than Trump will ever be because she was on The West Wing.

jesus christ, dude. we get it. you think he strikes out too much.

love the swagger. exactly what i said last night. been awhile since we’ve had someone that cocky who actually comes through. he’s a magician with a glove and no slouch at the plate. fun to watch. fucking go cubs go.

So basically you ignored the point of him improving to make useless points about the minors. You do understand people continue to get coached in the major leagues, and usually have better ones that the minors. Plus maturing as person can make a huge difference in your approach of the game.

I’m too lazy to look more than off the top of my head, but Colby Rasmus put up some 3, 4 and 5 WAR seasons with those kind of walk and K rates (little higher walk rate, ~8% and ~30% K rate).

Baez strike outs are way down...thanks for recapping the 2015 stats for us!

he’s my favorite Cub. It’s insane that he’s basically turned into a Super Utility, all-world defensive player and it still feels like he hasn’t scratched the surface of his 30 HR bat talent. His two game-winning hits aside, he probably got on base 5 more times than he should in that series just by legging out infield

He stroke out over 40% of the time last year. This year it is 25%. That is called huge progress, no reason to think he cant continue to improve as the he matures at the plate.

He went from a 41% strike-out to somewhere around 25% from year one to year two. He has closed up some significant holes in his swing. Yes, he doesn’t take a lot of walks, at that may never come, but with a .273 batting average, with power AND some timely hitting, he’ll be fine. And he may be one of the top two or

And none of them could play any position with ease.

He cut his strikeout rate in half from the time he came up in 2014 to this season, I believe. So he’s proven he’s teachable with the right instruction. He’s only going to get better, unfortunately for the rest of the National League.

I remember hearing about that a few years ago, but because the Cubs had a ton of talent at the catcher position with Schwarber and Contreras that there was no need to actually convert him full time.

True, but Heyward’s bunt was truly atrocious. Hard and right back to the pitcher. Crawford’s errant throw glossed over the fact that the game would have likely remained tied barring that error. That said, man that’s a shitty bullpen.

The Giants were up 3-1 in this game and were in complete control. How the fuck did they blow this?

I love that kid so hard. Was thrilled to see him overcome the bad rap he got as a prospect, there was a lot of grumbling that he should have been moved after he came up and hit for stupid power and stupid strikeouts in 2014 before his value completely cratered, but clearly the people who actually know what they’re

it’s a civil case tho. I’d feel different if it was a criminal case, but I got no problem with this reasoning in a civil case.

I honestly don’t know but it doesn’t seem completely out of the question that judges would take into account employment issues in cases like this. Half of the commenters here are lawyers aren’t they? Someone let me know.

Yeah, it’s a civil case so money is the only issue. I could just as easily call her a money grubbing slut as you called him a rapist. Goes both ways.
