I think this should be spread across all the internet, because everything is so true.

MagSafe is one of those great ideas for Laptops, that should have existed for a long time before Apple introduced them.

Something exactly like this happened at my high school two years ago. [www.nj.com]

These must be OS specific, which means they should work on hackintosh systems too, right?

The buses are secret service property. Just like Air Force One, it will stay with the White House, not with a specific person. For example, the two buses will be used for the two 2016 candidates too. Right now there is no Republican nominee, but there will be soon. Most campaigns use buses for a few hours of driving,

The government has more money than Apple. That was a temporary situation created because of the debt ceiling fiasco. The government couldn't borrow more money, and so the cash they had kept going down and down. Now they can borrow money, so it's all good.

In all fairness, that bus is designed to be usable for 10 years. And there were two bought, because the second is for the Republican nominee (if you didn't know, the Secret Service protects Presidential candidates, but mainly after each party has their nominee).

I've been a directv customer for over 5 years. I have suffered a 10 minute interruption once in a blizzard. That's the only time my service has gone.

If HTC did something like including a pair of Beats with their phones, I can imagine their sales skyrocketing. It may not be practical, but it may pay off in the end.

Shipping methods need to get better? I think patent methods need to get better. Most tech patents are just total BS.

This explains a lot. I was at the store a few weeks ago, and there was no glass cube, but white wood covering the whole thing (construction going on)

Dang it, my theater puts the butter on for you.

It's been for one cent on AmazonWireless for a while now (at least the Sprint version). The only downside to AW is that they have a separate ETF if you cancel your contract (on top of your standard carrier ETF)

If they go for a curved glass, does that mean that Samsung gets to sue? (Nexus S)

Okay, thanks. Just wanted to make sure before I took the dive!

I'm not sure. I'm talking about the same day (after a ROM installation), and even a lot of Google Apps don't restore. Strange.

Is there going to be a Lifehacker Sandy Bridge Hackintosh build, or should I just go for TonyMac's Sandy Bridge CustoMac builds?

Obvious troll is obvious.

For what reason sometimes a few applications never restore back (using native backup).

And I only use birds-eye view once a month if I'm going somewhere I've never been and they don't have street view.
