With Supergirl’s Earth gone are the following people dead?

As celebrities flock to this latest new age fad, it will be named:

When they first showed the magic medallion I was hoping the big reveal would be that Supergirl’s Earth had a different set of Mystical Totems than the ones we saw Legends of Tomorrow gathering last season; and that Leviathan wanted control over all the Totem wielders.

Yeah Agents Of S.H.I.E.L.D. & Supergirl’s DEO, she just needs to pop up as a member of Black Badge on Wynonna Earp to finish out the trifecta on secret government agencies dealing with unusual threats, that or bring back Warehouse 13 & have her show up on there.
