Mr Safety and I had the same must haves both times we moved: 2-car garage and 2 bathrooms (at least one had to have a big tub). Everything else was negotiable, depending on the age, layout, yard size, and commute. After moving, the first goal is always to get the cars in the garage and keep it that way. Never…
