I’m glad that works for you! I’ve yet to find my holy grail for my arthritis and fibromyalgia pain. I was diagnosed in 1995 and have tried every.single.treatment so now I’ve got an appointment with a pain managemet doctor :(

Form first! It’s more important to lift properly than lift heavy. The stuff I see at the gym is scary!

I use frozen strawberries, blueberries, pineapples, and raspberries. They are always available and much less expensive off season than fresh. And I don’t have to use ice to make it cold :)
