Sorry, Charlie. It’s an interesting vehicle & worth owning. It stands out but is not too obnoxious. Price would have to go down by about 1/2 to 3/4 for me to consider this.

I’m not necessarily for or against any specific kind of currency. (Whatever you got, I will gladly take it!) I want to bring up a point for the sake of argument.

It doesn’t surprise me, but I didn’t realize there was a big anti-sunscreen movement out there.

Lest anyone point out the obvious contradiction (the sun causes a lot more cancer than sunscreen ever possibly could), you just move the goalposts: sunscreen chemicals are endocrine disruptors, or they’re bad for coral reefs, or whatever sounds convincing in the moment.

Aren’t convertible tops easy enough to make a hole in? I would imagine that a stiff, sharp Bowie knife is as good as a key on a softtop.

Five or six years ago, this car may have been a $15K — $25K car at best.

This must be where the Hamburgler does his clambakes. Why else would you think that he has the munchies so hard, that he feels that he has to resort to stealing to get his fix?  Little fucker’s so baked that he can’t even say anything but gibberish.

Yeah.  Thanks, Obama.

Sharp looking vehicle. CP on the price & flappy paddles.

Apparently not yet available in Ubuntu 20.04 or Fedora 35 repos.  Mac version did prompt for update.

LiMu Emu would stick his head in the ground.

I agree with the Kia Rio being in the list. Unmitigated cheap piece of shit. I had 1 as a rental once. Felt as if I were in a goddamn tin can. Crappy fuel efficiency.  But I hear that Kias have gotten better.  Just wish that they used Roman letters in their logo.

My feelings exactly.  Nothing for me to add.

You probably buy major brand name light bulbs. In my experience, it really pays to do so. Brands you’ve never heard of are usually crap.

CFLs take awhile to warm up in colder temperatures. They are also made of fragile materials, i.e. glass. Aside from even more efficiency & longer life, LEDs have CFLs beat there too.

There are cases where you may specifically want incandescent light bulbs. Do I need to mention the easy bake oven?

I have observed this limited field of lighting with LED light bulbs but only with the cooler ones. These I find great for a closet or right over a sink, for examples. The warmer light bulbs light up whole rooms pretty well for me.

Usually the manual transmission, if even available, in a model line has been available only in the stripper version. It’s nice to see the rare exception where you have to get the bigger engine, or fancier trim level, to get the stick.

Same here.  The mid ‘60s to the early ‘70s was a great time to be a car, I think.

I considered 1 of these once, but I just didn’t want a SOB SUV. 188 ponies isn’t bad for this. Also, apparently not so well known fact: you can adjust the timing thru the radio/HVAC/entertainment thingy to favor throttle response or economy.
