If anything, I would think that you want to blow air conditioned air into the basement. The average basement has (or should have) a dehumidifier, which fundamentally does the same thing as an air conditioner. It’s as if you’re helping along the dehumidifier.

A ragtop with a stick & decent powerplant with good looking paint for around “what the hell” dollars? If the ragtop is solid (it looks it) & so are the mechanics, then it’s an easy NP for me.

At least the New Beetle represented the old 1 in some way. I still can’t get over Ford using the name of a ‘70s compact passenger car for a truck.

Good call on the holes in the burners. I cleared mine with a precision screwdriver. A very small drill bit would’ve probably worked too.

I understand the need to clean the innards, but I don’t bother too much with the grates onto which the food goes. Dirty grates add character to the food.
