This. I scratch my head wondering why there isn’t a separate circuit required for turn signals in the US. Maybe the NHTSA has a strong lobby from BMW? 😄

You make the effort to import a car from Germany, & forget a pedal? That & the unrealistic asking price makes this a CP.
I respect you taking a chance on something rare & desirable, & even remaining optimistic about figuring out how to cobble this together enough to drive it home. You demonstrate passion, which not everyone is fortunate to have.
I understand that these were purpose built to turn into limousines. They appear to be staples in limo companies for a reason.
The TC is a whale generally compared to the other vehicle marks that you have listed. Try to sit 3 across in a 911, or 3 period.
It’s not even good enough to be automated. This, my friends, is unmitigated horseshit.
Now you tell me!
Totally understand. I tend to praise William Shatner wherever I see his visage, & whether he deserves it or not.
I wouldn’t bother with cheap-o electronics, especially IT equipment, even if it takes awhile to save up for it. For me, laptop money is at least 800 bucks, but more likely low 4 figures (at least before the pandemic).
That’s a quite detailed account from your childhood. I can understand why the Town Car does not immediately bring you smiles, but more likely brings up your lunch.
You don’t need a nap. You just need to know that you have your money’s worth of cereal. The brand name shit is crazy expensive. For the price that they’re demanding, they better get it right!
vettefacts.com lists number of Corvettes by year of options & paint, interior, & top colors, but doesn’t show particular combinations.
Yes: the C4 is not the most desirable of the Corvettes. (Unpopular opinion: it’s better than the “C8".) I feel that unless it’s a hermetically sealed ZR1, no C4 should cost more than 10000 bucks. At 245 HP, I have reservations of spending more than 4 figures.
You don’t have to quote crackhead. That 1 is on the mark.
Doing what: being a larger than life captain who beats up Klingons & bangs green women?
The sooner he sinks into obscurity, the better.
Knowing the mentality of the clientele, a lot of them won’t get even that right. Some of those probably think that arithmetic is some libtard commie plot anyway.
You could install Mac OS in a virtual machine on an IBM clone. You could even use Linux as the base OS. No weird plugs, & you get a right click!
This.
It is an advantageous business move, so it would make sense for Apple to go down that route. But it’s pretty shitty for its customers, most of whom are loyal to the brand.
