This guy's voting for Trump isn't he? I can smell it on him.

Nah, Elizabeth is a better mom, and a better spy, than that.

Jeez, talk about one-note over here. You can't empathize with a young teenage girl, we get it, that's on you, guy. Give it a rest already.

Lol.

I'm pretty sure he did figure it out though, that's why he explained (mansplained?) the difference between conjecture and theorem to Abby. He had the suspicion but, in scientist-speak, he was saying that he didn't have enough evidence to prove anything to anyone else.

Chanel Oberlin was the fucking worst. Every word out of her mouth was like nails on a chalkboard.

I think you're right about it being the first one, he put it together. He is a brilliant physicist after all, ha.

I also kept thinking about how long hair is part of much Native heritage and the symbolism of cutting it in their traditions (also how white society often forced Indian men and boys to cut their hair to try and force them into that culture).

After last week, I've really started to like Hillary Duff's Kelsey character, so I hope she doesn't get sidelined by her likely illicit relationship too much.

I loved Stan so much this episode. I could really feel for him as this divorced, lonely guy who doesn't have the communication tools to express his emotions in an ever more touchy-feely, if you will, age, so he finds it easiest to bond with the adolescent boy who doesn't yet have any hang-ups. Poor Stan.

Thanks! I immediately looked up digoxin overdose and, yes, I think that could definitely be it. From what I read, the fatal effect would be cardiac arrest, and it did look that could've been how Betty died. So awful.

I'll have to check the comments to see if this has been answered but, I know we don't know what heart medication Betty was taking, but I wonder if anyone knows what taking too much of her medication did to her- how it caused her death. Did it give her a heart attack? If anyone knows anything about those kinds of meds,

Oh my god, that's horrifying. I could barely watch the inaccurate necklacing scene, if they'd done it the real way I wouldn't have been able to finish the episode.

Liked for being a fan of Betty and your explanation of what makes the female characters on The Americans so great.

I think Nina is beautiful and I'm a woman. She's a good actress too.

I'm getting afraid that Arkady's being a little too flip in not carrying out the desires/implicit orders of a party big-wig- maybe his country isn't Stalinist anymore, but all my impressions of what he U.S.S.R. was like are making me nervous.

It took him so long to die, too long.

Jemima Kirke is pretty gorgeous, but Marnie is like forced skinny or something. Like, that's not her natural size but she made herself be it, and now she's all bones and tendons and teeth because of it. It makes her look less than as young and healthy as she could look, idk.

Ooh, Diane Lane is hella classy, that could be really good. I'm now really intrigued to see whatever she plays this season, cause I like her a lot but never automatically think of her doing pure comedy, you know? Interesting.

YES. And she really is so much more confident than she even gives herself credit for, hope someday her idea of herself catches up to her reality.
