I feel the same way about Kyle Rittenhouse. He just wanted to walk around with his gun and feel like a badass. The context didn’t matter. He was there for the mayhem.

This was a warning. Basically white men have been given the right that if thye do not like you or your political beliefs they have now been given the right to end your life. The fact that he killed two white men and was set free should chill people to their fucking bones. Period. The sick part is to come, this piece…
We knew the outcome before the case even started. The problem now is what comes next now that it’s official. They’ve basically said it’s okay to cross state lines with an illegally obtained weapon, look for a fight, and then claim “self defense” when one finds you. People are going to die because of this.
so glad I’m living a timeline where a hateful minority has complete control of a country.
I have one!
What’s the difference between Big Bird and Ted Cruz?
There’s actually a person inside Big Bird.
Ted Cruz really speaks to how goddamn dumb people in Texas really are. The person that “speaks for them” is a Canadian-born Cuban who went to Princeton and Harvard. That’s anti-Texas bingo, and they raise him up like he’s the best of them. The fact that they can’t see through him proves that America is full of fucking…
You know who else has a Batman suit? Batman.
Maybe she’s concerned about the Palestinians who Israelis can slaughter with significantly less fear of consequences thanks to the Iron Dome? I mean, I know you can’t earn political points ANYWHERE outside of Gaza and the West Bank by caring about the Palestinians who disproportionately suffer and die as a result of…
It’s just interesting to be moved enough by the plight of oppressed humans to weep openly, but apparently not moved enough to cast a vote against something which makes that oppression worse. Hopefully she remembers this feeling the next time she (apparently, since she has yet to offer an explanation for her vote) has…
I personally don’t care why she cried. I dont need an explanation for human emotion.
a new law in Texas that bans abortion from six weeks after a person’s missed period and deputizes citizens to enforce the law by suing each other.
Though Texas’s law is the only draconian anti-abortion measure currently in effect in the U.S.

The jagged neck of a bottle of Zima in my lower leg,
ahh I know someone who tripped at a beach and hit her head on a rock and a few weeks later she had a barnacle growing on her forehead.
Feminist lobbying did not make the US invade Afghanistan. It did, however, provide cover on the left (however you’d like to construe that) for a war of conquest, occupation, and exploitation.
This assigns too much importance to feminists. Afghanistan was never invaded to protect women or to appease western feminists. It was invaded to protect US National security and economic interests, period. Feminist lobbying would have had no bearing on the decision to invade Afghanistan either way.
Saying feminism was used to justify the invasion of Afghanistan is revisionist history, IMO.
Should America occupy Afghanistan? No. Absolutely not.
