Greatest airport in the world, except they have to turn off the engines during takeoff because of rich people living next to the airport.

I strongly disagree. The whole district mechanic in Civ VI really only makes sense in the modern era, with the growth of suburbs. The idea of having the center of learning in any other era be outside of the city center makes no sense at all.
Stellaris, Stellaris and more Stellaris
Following up, did some more calculations and found that if slowed at 20g for ~1.6 seconds, which is definitely survivable, you can reach a stop in about 250 meters when starting at 700 mph (~313 m/s). Would require some pretty hefty brakes to get that kind of acceleration though.
Some quick calculations tell me that if you are going 700 mph and need to stop in 1 mile, you can reach a stop by decelerating at 3.1g for 10.3 seconds. A bit uncomfortable, but not life threatening, especially since the forces are perpendicular to the spine: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/G-force#H…
A) electromagnets can slow it down
B) have the system increase air pressure in the event of failure. Will naturally slow it down
C) earthquakes are pretty rare events. a plane crash happens much more often and kills more people than I would expect to be killed in the hyperloop in an earthquake.
This isn’t Remedy’s first run in with in game advertising. Alan Wake was lousy with it, including an achievement for watching an in game ad...
I think we can safely say the hardest achievement on Steam is The Three Mountains for Europa Universalis IV. You have to conquer the entire world as Ryukyu. World conquest itself is very difficult in the game. Starting as the smallest and weakest nation in the game? Practically impossible. Maybe literally impossible…
The main thing that makes Paradox games complicated is that you are starting off in media res. It would be like learning Civ V by loading someone’s save from 1900 AD. Since Stellaris has everyone starting as a single planet on equal footing, much like other 4X games, I don’t thin that will be much of a problem.
Everyfin is Awesome!
It’s a much lighter OS, so it runs faster on the same hardware.
So when is the review embargo going to be lifted? Or are they not lifting it till release day (NEVER a good sign).
Except, no, that didn’t happen. He was taken to the sidelines and subbed out 3 minutes later when the medical staff decided that he had been knocked unconscious for a bit by the blow.
The real question is when will Gawker offer a subscription service so I don’t have to always see those obnoxious full screen ads? You guys have some of the worst ads on the internet...
Yes, but you aren’t just getting the youtube subscription. It also comes with Google Music All-Access, which is worth the $10/month on it’s own.
You’re forgetting the best part. It’s the only movie where Luke isn’t being an obnoxious twat. He’s a total badass in this one.
If they are zombie powered, shouldn’t it be zombiepunk?
They really need to rename Google Play Music All Access. It’s too wordy, and no longer indicative of all the features it comes with.
I just confirmed that it does in fact continue playing in the background, at least on android. Tested using a Nexus 5 running Android 6.0, though I’m certain that this working on 5.0 as well. I also have Google Play Music All Access, so I guess it might be tied to that?
Pretty sure it already does that. They released that back with the Youtube Music launch thing a few months back.
