The inventory in ME1 was, too me at least, the main thing that needed to get fixed. Having to scroll through tons of identical items was very much not fun. It looks like they may have addressed it, but I’m not sure if it’s really fixed at this point.
Control’s architecture reminds me of a less-crazy version of the Social Sciences building at UC Davis. That place is like a brutalist 3d maze which could be made into a great level for a game.
Curious that they aren’t including Stadia on the free play weekend, given that Stadia is basically made for this sort of thing. Free demo that you don’t have to download? Yes please.
The real question is have they fixed ME1's horrible inventory system?

They are really hyping up the ray tracing aspect of the cards (which is why it’s RTX now instead of GTX)
It’s the video game version of a post-credits scene.
Quantum Break was Microsoft exclusive, and that wasn’t 360 era.
Am I the only one who got Nemesis System vibes from the mercenary encounter? I wonder if you will see the same mercs over time.
My guess is animations.
Pour them both into a glass and do a blind taste test and you’ll be surprised. Much of the fuss about ‘mexican’ coke is the glass bottle it comes in changing our perception.
As cool as ‘ex recto’ sounds, recto is actually latin for correct. So probably ‘argumentum ex rectum’ would be better.
