One that I thought was okay was “GR8PMKN” on a big orange Jeep Cherokee with black wheels.
How about we just boycott airlines in general? It’s gotten so bad between TSA and this kind of nonsense that I drive anywhere I go in CONUS.
I learned to drive a manual in a 1946 Willys CJ-2A. It was an old rust bucket, holes in the floor, and if you went above 30 MPH it had a horrible death wobble in the steering, but that Jeep was an experience and my memories of driving it are more vivid than those of my actual first car.
What are people smoking around here? Let’s all take a step back.... Lexus LC 500: a 4300 lb behemoth of a coupe with 468 HP, slower than a M4 or C63 AMG, more expensive than either one by a *lot*, and made by Toyota... The same company that gave us the SC430 and the RC F. You would have to be certifiably insane to…
I wouldn’t call this a *save*... More like a close call being an idiot. But the most scared I’ve ever been in a car was on highway 89A going from Jerome to Prescott in Arizona. It’s a winding mountain road, downhill in that direction, with lots of tight turns and huge drop offs.
Being familiar with security protocols and the types of people that work on classified programs, it’s my opinion that Manning just wanted the attention in the whole fiasco.
This is excellent! I’d like to see an electric car compete in WRC (no idea if current rules prevent that).
There’s a definite difference in my S2000... With it’s incredibly manly 157 ft-lbs of torque (factory number, I’ve no idea what it actually produces...), I can’t imagine how a little thing like an AC compressor could hinder it!
