@Xeo: No Tizoc, only in KoF XI.

@couchcommando: General thought is that it's Sony's doing. In Japan, they seem happy to allow such as PS2 and PSP releases, but not much else.
@DexterMoon: You've got to be kidding. The controls of 98UM are ridiculously more smooth than the original game. (I play both to this day.) Control issues for SNKP games dissapeared years ago.
@mintycrys will Vanquish you!: Actually, they can. as stated at [game.snkplaymore.co.jp] : *In the Xbox LIVE Arcade® version of THE KING OF FIGHTERS 2002 UNLIMITED MATCH, match balance, characters’ strengths and weaknesses, and the power and quality of moves follow the arcade version, while menus, the number of…
@Billkwando bought his tickets for Hyde's US tour: Just nicer in Resolution. Special effects are about equal in both, as far as quality, but the animation in KoF trounces over Blazblue in many ways.
I have Blazblue and enjoy it... but for me, personally, it's a (Very Very well put together) diversion, before KoF XII.
@Guy Whitey Corngood: Eh, some players prefer one fighter at a time... I'm definately moving on to KoF XII! I'll still play SFIV, just like I still played Alpha series while playing KoF.
@TheContender: Yeah, I'd think AoF3's sprites really REALLY where MoCapped traces. They where un-naturally fluid, and it really looked kinda weird in some ways.
@Danved: GG gets... well, for me, I tire of it alot easier than I do with SF or KoF. I was really into it around the first 2 or 3 years of the 2000s, but after that... It just didn't seem to have the staying power.
@Padder: Eh, counting the frames in Elisa and Mature's stances VS Kyo's, there no serious differences in number of frames. Elisabeth's punch isn't the best example in the world of "smooth and fluid", however, but most other frames seem to keep up pretty well, when compared to other characters animations in the same…
@Deadened: Aye, it's pretty elaborately animated. In France, pretty much every woman is giddy, bouncing around with excitement in their own unique ways. I'm not sure if they're any clones in that stage.
@gique: No they're not. They make the models for reference, but then they draw the pixel art atop it, for consistency of animation, proportion, and lighting accuracy.
@omgJOHN: There are 3 filters + Default unfiltered style in the US release of the game. So you'll get some blending, don't worry.
@lv1shinobi: I haven't gotten to play it myself (Gotta love NC), but as a long time KoF fan with realistic expectations, I'm not at all let down by what I've see.
@Billkwando bought his tickets for Hyde's US tour: Falcoon has apparently dissapeared these past few years, so no, I don't think he's THAT involved in this game, if at all.
@AlKusanagi: Think of it this way: When they reappear, they'll probably have a good amount of TLC applied to them, and, given a chance, will probably feel the freshest they have in years.
Athena has NEVER been a "flasher". Except in KoF Maximum Impact, with the "another" costumes, but those costumes don't keep consistent with the characters TRUE personalities, anyway.
@arniejolt: No Mai? Still Buy! Why? Because I'm in for the GAME, and not her, guy!
@Alex_Mexico: Why does SNK seem to ignore her? Because she's not REALLY the "Chun Li" of KoF. If anything, Mai is the "Chun Li" of the Fatal Fury series. But technically, the poster girl of KoF, and even SNK, is more so Athena.
