I did not contradict myself. That’s what the ruling does. Ordering the military is part of the President’s “Official Duties”, regardless of what he’s ordering them to do. Thus, it does not matter what the order is, the President is immune from prosecution for issuing the order.

Why is it silly? He’s clearly the most progressive President of my lifetime. His Department of Labor is one of the most pro-labor, pro-union DoL’s in a long time. He’s forgiven billions of dollars in student debt, and he’s gotten pot reclassified from a schedule 1 drug.
