You’re ignoring the extra billions needed for grift. It starts up at Trump, grifts through other members of his family, this guy is gonna need some grift, you’ll need some money for lower level grift-influencers to get people on the platform.

Not to mention, a layoff of that size would clearly fall under the WARN Act (both the Federal and California iterations), and so would have him be paying at least 3 months more of salary for all these people.

Unfortunately, they need to act in the best interest of the shareholders, not the company. In many cases, that is the same thing, but in this case, it isn’t. But that doesn’t matter, because the people they need to work in the best interests of, the shareholders, will have been paid and won’t be shareholders anymore,

Being against “code” which has no legitimate use other than more easily facilitating scams it not being anti-tech. Being for tech does not mean you have to be for all tech.

So the rules have not actually changed; Apple just clarified that crypto isn’t special. And now they’re the “greatest threat to web3" out there.

Given how crappy they are at moderation, I wouldn’t believe they have a dozen people working on it.

Said the person commenting on the internet.

Much of his money is wrapped up in TSLA, so as a shareholder, his having to move billions worth of that stock will have an effect on the share price.

Remember, these people pride themselves on paying the absolute least for anything. The ones that believe that spending anything on extras like “security” means that you get less profit for yourself.

Nope, the rule is that Musk started it, and he’s rich enough. And you can take your Musk worship and shove it up your ass.

No, we’re expecting private citizens to continue to provide the things they started to provide at the onset of the conflict.

Nope. He’s the richest person on the planet. To whom much has been given, much is to be expected. You don’t get to get people started on your system only to then try and extort money later.

He’s not the one that started offering the service. Your whataboutism to try and defend Musk is noted.

Because he’s not the one that started offering it, and he’s not the one that has a company that provides it.
