Because that’s not a thing. If you start saying, “This job is only to be side work,” then what’s to stop any job from saying that?

The entire point of “Surge Pricing” was to try and get more drivers where they were needed. If drivers aren’t getting a part of the surge, then why would they go where that demand was?

These settlements need to come out of the police pension fund. All cops are complicit in this action, because no cops stand up to it or try to stop any of the cops that do it. Make every cop pay for it, instead of the taxpayers, and then you’ll start to see things change (I hope). 

No, but if there’s two things that most hackers are really big on, it’s civil rights and the right to privacy. Hurd is appalling on both.
