Name the exact law that was broken. Name the exact statute they could have been prosecuted under. 

Nobody is claiming that being transgender lets you be a shitty person. What is being disputed is that there is any justification at all, regardless of how shitty the transgender person may or may not be, for using that kind of shit.

You yourself said that how they were to work with wouldn’t excuse the behavior. So tell me, exactly what would that information do? Suppose they were an asshole. How exactly would that change things? 

You’re not trying to get both sides of anything. The other side of bigotry is not, “Well, sometimes they were a bit grating to work with.”

Again, what she is like to work with, by your own fucking admission, has nothing to do with this. So there is zero reason for you to bring it up, unless you want to blame her for what happened.
