I got one: I bought a TDI 11 years ago, it now has 225k miles and always has been bulletproof.
I’d read it, but I ran out of foil
Sweet! A 5-cyl or VR6? I have a 95 camper with a 5-spd
You daily drive a Eurovan?
My wife said we can get one when our current family hauler dies. What she doesn’t realize is that I work on our cars and If I can fix it, I can also permanently break it :evil:
I like how the dummy flew out of the car, but the engineers make sure that the doors and trunk still operate smoothly. The seatbelt guy was sick on that particular day.
Take HD video, keep it for 1 or 3 months, compress to a lower resolution before archiving!
divorced-looking dude
Was it arson? Or was it just another self immolating Ferrari?
Yes, the 2011 went from 50 to 46 MPG, but the EPA rated it at 42 manual /39 automatic on the highway. Real life fuel consumption numbers for the TDI models are traditionally better than the EPA digits. Unlike some others manufacturers
Watching the podcast while wrapping up the core returns for my new bigger TDI injectors. Ironic!
Anytime I drive on the NJ turnpike, I have to argue with gas station attendant that I am indeed waiting in the correct line as my car is a diesel. I’ve been filling up with diesel for the last 200k+ miles, I think I know what works best for my engine
I’ve actually just bought injector nozzles for my TDI today. +20HP +40lb-ft. My old nozzles are worn out, so I should also get better MPGs while burning cleaner. It’s a win-win-win!
W8 = 6-spd manual
reverse entry!
The upgraded break kit is a standard GM option. RPO code: F0Q
The ad mentions that they are RSs but they have RM center caps, which makes sense since RMs (2-piece not 3) are the OEM wheel for later MkII GTIs. 1200 is a bit over market value for unmodified RMs
