All that is much more complicated then the Lockheed idea. One common but modified turbine and a scramjet on a single plane is much simpler than multiple planes, one with a scramjet and a rocket.

I’d love to see just about any new X plane.

I think bombs or ALCMs that ignite a little while after separating from the plane could work fine.

The buoyancy force required to lift the sub is own its weight. And you know how icebreakers work? They aren’t exactly just ramming thru the ice. The shape of the hull causes them to ride up the ice and the weight of the ship pushing down is whats breaking the ice.
