the D600 is available now. Reviews i saw seem pretty solid for what you are paying for. the 6d. Not sure when it will be out and i haven't seen anything yet to form an opinion on how good it is. especially if you are familiar with the Nikon system, i would lean more toward staying with it, unless there's a feature

yes, but the DXO marks have the d800 ranked higher than comparable MF systems...

As a Canon user.. i am kind of disappointed....

I've compared my 5d3 vs my good friend's D800. I agree that the D800 is better, but at least to me visually.. not that much better. The biggest reason i doubt these scores if it rates the D800 higher than many medium format cameras... i asked the same friend how his D800 compares to his Hasselblad and he said it he

But the built in meter on the phone can't trigger strobes... that's soemthign a lot of photographers want.

I was thinking more because i don't want my phone's battery to be drained doing other stuff. When i am on a shoot, i want to make sure my batteries are all good.

I totally agree. based on playing with various sized... i have found that 4.3 inches is a comfortable size for my hands... when i upgrade again.. i really don't want to be forced to buy a 5" phone, just to get the nicer features...

Unless they are really blind like me... or do a lot shooting in really dark environments (also like me). I know they want to save money, but at least the 7D's system would have been nice...

The 7D if you need the speed or the AF system, 6D if you want the higher res (and most likely better ISO).

Holy crap it's ugly... for a company that build's such beautiful cars.. WTF happened?

Did you just pick an article bashing an android phone to complain about Giz on Android's balls? Bad execution...

Well if you're going to try and make something better, there will need to be some functional duplication. I do miss Wave. I thought it had great potential. I just don't know why they called it a social networking tool. If they billed it as a project collaboration tool or maybe even a "live wiki," it would have

Hi yeah... that was awkward.. trust me.. i'm not really a creepy stalker like i first appear .)

The key issue in this case is that this isn't just a charging cable, but it's also a sync cable and an accessory port. This means anyone who's invested a lot of money in peripherals is going to need adapters. When you buy a new (dumb) phone, you just care about charging it.

I'll take the one that doesn't blast me with Ads...

If you think about Google's goal as a company, that's true. Their entire purpose is to find ways to make technology more usable for regular people. Google didn't invent search, btu they sure as hell made ti nice to use.... same with Web Mail, and maps, etal. As for Social networking, Google+ is by far the nicest to

I think if a parent want to spy on their kids, that's their right. on the other hand... i predicting a lot of glitches... also.. what if they need to make an emergency call cause they got a flat tire?

Agreed. Beyond harming the child, i think parents should have every right to control what their kids are and are not allowed to do.
