There is one more thing that many people fail to account for (and something CheshireBrat breifly mentioned), is Nintendo’s library of IPs at their disposal.

You can have the latest and greatest hardware, with all the realistic graphics on the latest engine at 8k and all that, and it means absolutely nothing if you

As a FFXIV player, I welcome more people being able to try the game out.

One important thing to note, before paying for what is arguably a fantastic deal, is that Final Fantasy XIV has one of the most generous free trials around. You can play the base game, and the first expansion Heavensward, for free using a trial account.

It isn’t, and in fact according to recent reports Bray is currently working on a feature film pretty soon (according to sites Bleacher Report and Wrestling Inc.).

So at least he found a creative outlet beyond wrestling. Can’t wait to see him in the ring again, though.

I was in game while that announcement was made, and seeing the response just from people on my server showed me how great the community of this game is. While some people on my server were upset/annoyed at the delay, seeing Yoshi-P’s heartfelt apology had a lot of people calling out how they wanted to give him a hug

Clone Hero is insane, just from what little I’ve seen of it. Fun fact: I discovered it last year when they did a showcase of the game at AGDQ2020. Worth a watch just to see how challenging some of the custom songs can be.

Actually, they were co-developed by Capcom, not Konami. Not sure if that makes any difference, though.

The entire event was fun to watch, but if you have the chance, check out Zallard1's blindfolded run of Punch-out on the Wii. The fact he managed to complete the whole game faster blind than most can with perfect vision is absolutely breathtaking.

I have a permanent smile on face. I swear I almost cried.

I’ve never done cosplay (though I would totally like to try sometime), but I did spend some time working at a con for a few years, so I can say I think this is a pretty cool idea.

The downside of PSO on the Dreamcast was that you could only ever have a single character save on a single memory card.

I’ve actually tried the OoT Randomizer after seeing it on a stream (I think SpikeVegeta’s, another GDQ regular). As someone who’s played the original front to back multiple times, it’s a lot of fun. I’m constantly both surprised and stumped sometimes at where the randomizer hides things. I either find everything I

I encountered the same issue. However, I discovered that in order to access Piranha Plant, I had to first update my console’s firmware, then manually check for an update to Smash Bros. Ultimate. After that, I had Piranha Plant, with no issues.

The biggest issue with the plot of Kingdom Hearts is that those “ancillary” games aren’t really optional. Nearly all of them have some major connection to the overall story, despite not being a numbered entry.

Just picked up the 128GB card for my Switch. I regret not getting it sooner.

Depends on the individual. Some people use special mods for things like terrain generation, custom blocks, and placing blocks en masse. Some people will place and destroy every single block using only the in-game tools of the base game.

I’ve watched Let’s Plays of this before, and everything from the combat to the voice over is simply ridiculous. Was a little surprised it was never released here before. Even more surprised Devolver took the time and effort to pick it up after all this time.

Or the episode “On Leather Wings”, where Batman talks to Alfred, takes a phone call as Bruce, then goes right back to being Batman without missing a beat.

I fully credit Fahey for me getting into Hatsune Miku.

I agree, Sea of Thieves has a serious content and server problem, one I am glad they are addressing.
