@walrussia: Why? It has literally nothing to do with Kotaku posters.

@bakagaijin: Ah, I see. The article only mentions it on one line, which I read as "subscriptions, security *and* tokens" or something.

Yes, yes, now go make a sequel to SMAC already.

@Canon7D-Fanboy: There's a demo, decide for yourself! Since Civ is turn-based and not real time, don't be afraid to take your sweet time on each move while you try to figure out what it does.

So they're aping the free-to-play-with-premium-items style without actually being free-to-play?

Wait, this works but strikethrus don't? That's lame, Gawker Media Commenting System. EDIT: Apparently, blink tags don't work in comments either. Laaaaaame.

@Neige: No, actually - I'm not a big fan of Disturbed (with the exception of their Land of Confusion cover), you're just laughable. Judging people's maturity levels by their taste in music? Nice one.

@Toshi: I nominate the new Street Fighter movie with the chick from Smallville. No, I haven't seen it, but I trust Cracked.com's writers when they tell me it sucks - after all, they're professionals.

@ZFK: It really should work fine, I'm playing PSOne Classics from the US PSN store on my Japanese PSP.

So, Kotaku, it's time for Name that Obscure Early 90's Edutainment Game!

@Neige: You're really funny.

@Neige: David Draiman, the frontman for Disturbed, is also 37.

@Ricorich196: If it's legal, you can grow it yourself.

@Nipple Juice: He also mentions he's a surfer, dude - it's not hard to put 2 and 2 together.

If it's Android-based, doesn't that mean someone can hack the shit out of it and put whatever they want on there anyways? This is a serious question here, I'm an iPhone user looking to get an Android tablet in the future (though obviously not this crippled piece of printer marketing).

@Gambit09: Just because I LOVE the game and can't resist pimpin' it everywhere I go - check out The Quest if you like Undercroft. It's a more traditional seeming 90's-style RPG (in fact, it might be a remake of a PC game I've never played). It's huge and has a few expansions that will last you for probably a year.

@TheRealDoshu: Try UV Dawn, I got it a while back when it was free and never really bothered playing it, but the people that did said it was very similar to Warpgate. I don't know if there's an iPad/Retina version, though.

@ryoshi: Nobody else saw "chemical alters psychology but deals with chemicals involving memory recall" and instantly thought of the entire world getting Alzheimer's?

"My name is Howard Fornoy. I was a freelance writer. My brother, Robert Fornoy, was the Messiah. I killed him by shooting him up with his own discovery four hours ago."

Yes, yes, keep advertising the game here...it's free until the servers can handle the increased load from being mentioned on Penny Arcade, so just keep inviting new people until the servers can never catch up!
