You dont play the same mini games every single time. They are random (to an extent). You generally start with a Race or 2, might get 1-2 team games or an abomination like Tail Grab. A few other games like roll out, match, or the moving blocks one can occur too.
I am trying to get to level 40 before the season ends. I am level 34 now but super busy and I cannot play every night. The points needed per level get really high, and It is taking me 1-2 days per level now with my limited play time. I would hate to miss it.

Not sure i understand your Whirley Gig statement. The best way to get through it quickly is to stick to the edges, then the left for the box jump, and stick to the right for the spinner plates, then back to the left side for the quick spinning ramp. If you dive before the top, you go underneath it.
