The Mach E is a big nothingburger for me in terms of desire, and the Rally doesn’t change that. But Ford is really going for it with that rear wing. Maybe the most aggressive anyone has put on an SUV?
Wheels are cool too

Not even. A low-side at that speed is very survivable. I mean, that’s like the speed of a bicycle crash.
She maybe has some road-rash on her ass if those jeans tore through.
Source: Been in several bike crashes, both motor and pedal.
Oh, absolutely not. You can get examples like this for like. 15-20K less.
This is priced to sell to uneducated ‘investment’ buyers
Suprised they didn’t call this a City since that is so obviously where the inspiration comes from.
Or the e-City
or the citE
Are video games toys? Are hovercraft cars?
I’ve had friends get very into F1 recently as a result of the Netflix thing, and they’ve complained to me and always end it with some variation of “But you like watching it right?”
“No,” I tell them “I said I like racing.” And then have to explain to them again, with them actually listening this time, what WRC is. What…
As one of the (relative) youths, and one that could actually afford this new, I find ‘Dark Horse’ dumb. I just hear the Katy Perry song in my head when I read about it. The name alone radiates big “I promise I’m a tough guy” energy.
They re-trademarked the Stout name recently didn’t they?
I’d go crazy for a TNGA-K based pickup.
The Maverick is really tempting, but In the past decade I’ve had such bad experiences with Ford’s (car) products that I wouldn’t ever actually buy one
Going J70 inspired is an interesting choice, since they were never sold in the US. I like it though. My only gripe is that in pictures the taillights seems sort of out of step with the retro design language. I also wonder if the iForce Max v6 setup from the Tundra would have been more appropriate. Won’t know until…
Woah, bummer. This seriously sucks.
Anchor wasn’t just my first craft beer, it was my first beer *period*.
Everyone not realizing this design is in direct homage to the 5oo Ghia Jolly is really letting their casual show
The answer is probably a bit of both explanations. Finding a Bugeye WRX as a hero car wouldn’t be hard in the US (Filming is being done in Louisiana), but there would also be a handful of stunt cars that are probably just dressed up Imprezas
Still bad math, but for comparison’s sake inflation adjusted MSRP is like 35K
I love this game.
My 993 is worth more than a new car, and I happily paid a little more so I can can listen to my music and sort through my songs without having to pick up my phone. It’s nice to be able to take a roadtrip and have a GPS that isn’t suction cupped to my windshield.
Eat shit.
7/11 looooooooves people taking car pics in front of their stores. Like, they sell merch for it and everything
Even then, wouldn’t one of the Mopar crate engines have made a little more sense, given the DaimlerChrysler thing, plus Daimler’s own little jaunt with Hemi V8s in the 60s.
Big agree, nothing about this rings any anime bells for me. If anything it feels like it fits in more with indie comics from the last decade or so, as broad as that is.
Do these travel on the freeway?
Excuse you, I need very special oil for my Wankels
