My guess is that we’ll start seeing more brewing “collectives” ala CANarchy that will help smaller, regional breweries develop a national footprint and distribution network w/o having to go the New Belgium/Sierra Nevada route and build a new brewery on the other side of the country. Just a new spin on contract brewing…
