I was at the movies.

Maybe the most moving scene of the whole show for me is where Frasier has spent the whole episode struggling to get across town to accept a hugely prestigious award. And when he finally is about to make it on time by the skin of his teeth, his cab driver starts talking about the serious mental issues he’s been going

I’ve got my eye on JJ Abrams too.

I got a big laugh out of the episode immediately nullifying the big cliffhanger from last time with “Nah, it’s just the past.” I assume the lukewarm reaction to all the multiverse stuff had something to do with that.

The reason Silvio is so out of character in this episode is that it was supposed to be Paulie, but then Tony Sirico suffered a back injury that kept him mostly out of the season’s first half, with Paulie jarringly having been thrown in jail between seasons.

Can we just appreciate how William Friedkin released a movie that people love from beyond the grave at literally the exact same time as a hated sequel to one of his most beloved films?

A little secret: no fictional story ever created needed to exist. Demanding that any of them “justify their existence” is complete bullshit every time and deserves to be insulted.

and it might not ever be resolved since Ray Stevenson died.”

Better than “requels” like the people currently behind Scream seem to think is an actual term that a single person on Earth has ever used.

Did people say “Is it all right to laugh about this?” when The Producers came out? I mean, probably, but there’s a reason those people didn’t control the popular opinion about it.

If you wondered why Reverse Flash wasn’t involved in Crisis on Infinite Earths at all despite years of buildup, this guy had been the primary architect of that story, and even with him long gone everyone was way too uncomfortable to still use its ending.

Uh, yeah, they’ve been openly saying she was there the whole season. She even got a reward for it! This is some Sam Barsanti levels of not paying attention, and I don’t say that lightly.

I highly urge everyone to watch Red Cliff, Woo’s two-part, five hour epic about the legendary battle with one of the greatest underdog victories in military history. It didn’t get much attention in America where it was released in an incomprehensible two hour cut, but the full thing is his true masterpiece.

The season was completely filmed before the accusations hit, and they haven’t done anything with him since.

Kang may be the easiest character in history to change actors for. Never seen the big deal about this.

I cheered so hard upon seeing she’s now in The Morning Show.

I’m now catching up on Rebels, and my big question is, when is Kanan going to show up? Can’t wait to see who plays him.

And most importantly, if the series ends with Baylan still alive and clearly with a future role to play, how much whining will we have to endure from people who apparently think the show’s crew was well aware Ray Stevenson was going to die, just like the dipshits who said What If should have given Chadwick Boseman a

Of course, the other big argument against Donna is that the show’s crew showed an active awareness earlier in the season that they’re on the verge of being known as the show where the killer is always a woman. So it’s hard to imagine they’d go right back to the cliche after pointing it out like that.

It’s been a blast how Mancini is determined to keep every bit of the franchise canon, even the more controversial dives into pure comedy, and is able to get the old gang back as much as he has.
