I have a Mazda6 in a manual, that I daily drive in heavy NorCal traffic and my wife has a Mazda CX-5, that I have also driven in the same traffic at times. I have some experience with both of Mazda’s transmissions in traffic. Let me start by saying the Mazda automatics are fantastic and are better in heavy traffic

If this was a self driving Mustang then it would hit the pedestrians every time.

My father is still driving trucks and he has told me a lot about the self-driving vehicle technology that are already in the trucks. Automatic Transmissions, Adaptive cruise control, auto braking, blind spot monitoring and lane departure warnings. He had told me that they are still buggy and sometimes stop working (a

Like most of us I bought a wonderful daily driver that I then spent years turning into a great autocross/track car. It started to becoming too exspenseive and uncomfortable for my long commute, also adding lots of miles to a track car can be problematic. So I bought another car to commune in and also can fit kids

Wait, aren’t Crossovers designed for women? Also I only ever see women driving automatic v6 convertible Mustang/Camero, or Jeep Wranglers so I would assume that they are as well.

My father was a truck driver going up and he could drive any thing with a manual transmission. I was with him as a child when the clutch cable broke on his 64 f100 pickup, he was still able to drive it home with out issue. He also tried to teach me how to drive, but at the time rev matching, double clutching and speed

All summer long the SCCA has been doing Track Nights

The loss of Midsize Sedan sales s not equal the increase in Crossover sales. What I think is happening is the 1 car families are moving from midsize Sedans to Crossovers, and 2 car families are moving from Minivan/SUV to Crossover, but still buying sedans compacts and midsize for the “Dad” car. I think that with the

If you look over the numbers, the sales of the best sedans (WRX, BMW 3series, Mazda6, etc) seems to be solid, it looks like it’s the people who were buying the camrys, nissans, chrylser 200s, etc, are now buying crossovers instead.

So they have made a Fusion into a cheaper Taurus SHO, because SHOs have been selling so well for them.

Going that fast on a road bike it scary and fun all at once. It’s similar to taking a car or motorcycle to it’s top speed.

It looks like he is running a standard 53 tooth big ring which should be good to about 40 mph, but it looks like he is spun out before they get really fast.

American Drivers have to brake downhill because you can’t engine brake in a normal automatic, and sticking it in low won’t work.

I do like Sac Metro, but the New terminal B has that funky tram that you have to ride to get to the gates and I am not a huge fan of that. Still Beats SF, Oakland or San Jose.

So what cars have the lowest American-Made Index? Experience has taught me not to buy american made cars.

Do we have a wish list of all the cars we want from Mazda but they won’t give us?

So the Mustang is the best car to crash, not a surprise.

You can control the radio with your left fingers and the Hvac with your right without taking your hands off the steering wheel. It’s fantastic, I so miss my S2000. Even the vent placement is awesome they blow over your hands and into your face, they have the best cockpit layout of any car.

So what your saying is get a Miata, Lotus Elise or Alfa Romeo 4c. Since lighter cars have less PM emissions, this is just more justification for my next convertible.

About 1hp for every 10lbs of weight is when a car starts to feel fast enough.
