My cats love tape. They will lick it clean of the adhesive. I use the good ol spray bottle of water, sometimes a hint of lemon juice so they can loathe me even more when they lick it off their fur.

I go a step further, install Sandboxie and update their internet desktop shortcut to look like IE. Since they rarely download files, this prevents a ton of issues.
