The horse in the "True Grit" remake.

"Congratulations on a job….done."

Well, I never thought I'd see this many words devoted to such a forgettable movie.

Sometime in the mid-90s, during a whatever Top 10 list, and right after #1, a miniature investigative journalism team broke out with a Special Investigation: Why is the #1 never funny? They took it totally seriously, and then it just fizzled out. Something everyone wondered, thrown in with no fanfare, then forgotten.

No, that was me, babe. Steppin' out.

HA! Just saw this. Smart man.

All Is Lost! Absolutely. An incredible film.

Scott Pilgrim. Scott Pilgrim. Scott Pilgrim.

LOL Scott Pilgrim is terrible, that is all.

Any live version of New Order's "The Perfect Kiss."

Ace of Base's "The Sign" : this list :: Jean Lundegaard : money

I recall a couple visits to Gas City/Fairmount. The local attraction? The combination Taco Bell/gas station. That was, like, the hangout. Oh, Indiana.

What a relief.

Yes—finally! Thank god! A fresh interpretation of "Spider-Man," an unmined cache of pop culture gold!

Love Duckman, but can't quibble with the choice of Daria.

I was really hoping R.E.M.'s "Chance" would be the song here rather than "Belong." I mean, I dropped my frozen dinners, and you helped pick them up. Come on.

Live versions of that song are INCREDIBLE.

Network television, I just can't with you anymore.

The Captain of Her Heart!!!

Perfect! Yoshimi is okay, but Soft Bulletin is so far and away better than anything they (and a lot of other people) have done. I almost cried the first time I heard "Buggin'."
